Price Bargain CS-Cart modification

Administration area:

1. The buttom "Product Offer" is placed in the section "Orders"
2. On this page will be shown a list of all customers offers.
3. On this page will be shown next columns:

• offer price (value)
• offer price (percent)
• user email
• message
• link on the product where the offer was made.
